Concept Map

This concept map was created for the Cinderella Social Science Unit.  Concept maps are a great way to plan out your ideas.  Both teachers and students should use concept maps to organize their thoughts. NETS-T Standards- 1: a/b/c 2:a/c/d

Special Effects Picture

I created this picture using photoshop.  I added different effects to create this picture of Venice Beach.  Effects in Photoshop can transform a picture into something unique to use for a website that you may create.  You can use these effects for children's artwork in the classroom too. NETS-T Standards- 1: a 2: a/c 3: a/b

Banner

Using photoshop I created this banner for the Albright  College study abroad program.  Creating a banner in photoshop saves you the time of making one on a website.  Banners enhance your website and attract the eye. NETS-T Standards- 1: a/c/d 2: a/c 3: a/b

Flyer

I created this flyer for a flower sale in an Elementary School.  This flower sale is to help students go on a field trip to the Bronx Zoo.  A certain event or information can be sent home on a flyer to inform the parents.  NETS-T Standards-1:a 3: a/b 4:a/c

 Newsletter

This newsletter discusses the success of a talent show they held at the Elementary School.  Also, in one of the classrooms they wrote to soliders all across the world. A newsletter informs parents, students, and faculty of things going on in the school. Newsletters are helpful to inform everyone of events that worked well or changes that are made in the school. NETS-T Standards- 1:a 3: a/c/d 4:a

This is a quiz on a Midsummer Night's Dream.  This quiz is to test the student's knowledge on what they have read.  NETS-T Standards-1: a/c 2: d
